We decided to try Albano's for pasta. We went on Saturday 9-12 for lunch. I think if you're calling your restaurant a pasta shop you should have more pasta than tortellini. The majority was tortellini one spaghetti dish one ravioli dish one lasagna which they were out of. Device was slow, as long as it took both dishes the tortellini was undercooked chewy my scallops were over cooked. I had white asparagus tortellini but only had about 3 strips of asparagus. Wanted to try a someplace new should have gone next door
