Super beautifully located and stylishly furnished (not a run-of-the-mill mountain restaurant). We had the baby pork spareribs, which were super tender, as were the Älplermagronen (which were a bit too al dente).

Unfortunately, the quality is no longer as good as it used to be. In the self-service area the menu has become shorter. The grill wasn't on at all. Bratwurst etc were made in the kitchen and were not cross fried. No vegetarian main courses. The terrace is very nice!

"It looks like a small bar, with not many seats, some simple tables and chairs, and the overall decoration style gives people a relaxed feeling. The tagsteller at noon is very cheap and good. It’s hard to imagine that a store with such a high rating can have such a cost-effective set menu. The chef pays great attention to seasoning. The risotto and fish we ordered tasted great. The waiter and chef would come to ask about the situation from time to time. Pay attention to guests' opinions. You can park your car in the garage of the nearby coop supermarket. I highly recommend this restaurant."

"DascRestaurant ist immer gut besucht. Reservierung empfohlen.Wir sassen in einer kleinen Ecke direkt neben dem Grill. Das zuschauen machte schon Hunger.Ein Sciatt Valtellinesi. "This hotel is exceptional. I am struggling to find a starting point for all my praise. The staff are so friendly, so helpful and so competent. Nothing is a bother. The hotel itself is beautiful with fantastic rooms, service, breakfast, spa area and situated just a few minutes outside of the town of St. Moritz. I have been blessed in my life and have stayed at a few very good hotels, but Suvretta House takes the crown as the best. Thank you for making my stay so perfect."

"Within a week, we had diner at mullets three times. The cuisine is excellent and original. Traditional dishes as well as nice inventions (couscous Puglia style) are served in a very nice atmosphere. Special wishes for children are just „of course, no problem“. Diner is served in two time slots (18-20, 20-22), which is unusual in Switzerland. The upside of this approach are the modest prices (starters 15-20 SFR) main courses 23-39 SFR). The desserts are extraordinary, the home made cakes are sensational. Silvaplana improved over the last years and is now clearly a much nicer place than nearby St.Moritz. The Mulets is a pillar of this development."
