Alston Bridges has been a favorite of mine since childhood. BBQ is my most favorite food, so I've eaten it all over the US, and nothing beats Alston Bridges BBQ! The BBQ slaw and sauce are divine, also!

Hush puppies are some of the best you can find. The claw is excellent. The BBQ itself is tasteful but dry without the sauce. The baked beans are a little too sweet for me, but this is just my preference. The service is top notch.

A group came to an end and asked if it was late to serve them? You said absolutely not, have a place! Years ago I ran too late, just wanted to go, said the woman, have a seat you could need more tea! We're not going fast. Never had a bad service or meal there. Great people lead it!
