"My son loves the food so we order here 3-4 times a month. We usually have no issues with the food or orders being correct. I just don’t understand why they have an issue to hand you a mobile order at the drive thru. Ordering ahead on the app means the food/items ordered should be ready when you get to the establishment. If I’m ordering other items at the speaker and you can have them ready by the time I get to the window, why would you make a customer park, get out and physically walk inside to retrieve something that was ordered in advance? Really makes no sense to me other than you wanting to inconvenience a customer."
