"Arby's Pilot Travel Center best chicken (chicken ranch I believe) sandwich I've had in a long time, I mean it's Arby's so their standards are a little higher overall in my opinion. Another HUGE plus is that most of the times it's the ONLY place in Jax you can find a milkshake after 8 9pm not an exaggeration!! It's by far not the best Arby's in Jacksonville however if you have a late night craving for a good quality meal and yummy shake this is where you want to go."

Pretty normal Arby's. I only went through the drive thru, but the food was fine other than the unsweetened ice tea, whiched seemed like it was a few days old and very strong. I really like the slider buns, they are super soft.

This location is in a Pilot truck stop. The employees are friendly, professional, welcoming and accomodating. I've visited several times and not had a bad experience. The food was fresh, and served well. The location is clean.
