I had the half-pound roast beef, which was tasty. I also ordered a Reuben, but it was lacking in meat—there was barely half as much as I'd expect. The fries were hard and seemed overcooked, definitely not fresh. However, the mozzarella sticks were quite good.

I love their freshly made sandwiches and their friendly service. No rolling of eyes here. Update on May 30, 2022: lost 1 I bought the limited time only Waigu beef burger that is extra premium beef that's supposed to be served medium rare. They cooked it well done, which toughened the patty and defeated the purpose of paying more for premium beef. I know they are used to cooking everything well done, but please learn how to serve this new product properly. We are paying more for it. Update June 2, 2022 They got their star back. I returned and ordered the Waigu beef and they cooked it as they were promoted, medium-well.

Arby’s is my favorite dining spot. They offer a great variety of sandwiches, but I usually go for the delicious Jalapeno Bacon Ranch Chicken Wrap. It’s truly wonderful, with fresh ingredients like crisp lettuce, red onions, and ripe tomatoes. Everything is incredibly tasty. One highlight for me is their mozzarella sticks, especially when dipped in marinara sauce. The staff is exceptionally courteous, polite, and efficient, always ensuring that you're happy with your service and food. The service is quick, and overall, I am very satisfied with both the food and the service. They provide excellent customer care, and the staff is genuinely focused on making sure you have a great experience.
