"I placed a mobile order Friday at 12 o'clock to be picked up on the thru running gear. we just come to say that they stop taking mobile orders at 11 o'clock and would not give us the food. not where on the website it says that and my card was still charged. had to order again at the drive thru so that I paid twice. tried to get a refund for the mobile order was an alpt room. a terrible experience. edit: mike the general manager at this place could help with the output of my refund. he was friendly and helpful. I appreciate his help."

Went here with a relative and the food and service was exceptional! And also picked up a medium Jamocha shake which was really good! The roast beef was also very good quality and the buns were actually real sandwich buns! I think that Arby's is doing a good job at this location and that they should keep up the good work!
