"8/31/22 I am impressed. for the first time I used the website of arby to pay my meals. it is a OUTSTANDING interface, unlimited, easy to use and understand, and that my order quickly and easily adapted. really impressive. but my experience didn't end there. When I came to the car thru, I just told them I was there to pick up my order. the young lady asked me pleasantly after my name I gave, and then let me go through to the window. in less than 60 seconds I had my meal, with drink, properly modified to my specification, with sauces, serviettes, raw and sauces. This is the first time we've been to this Arby's since before COVID. They have been remodeled and totally freshened up! I really like the new look, all of the employees were friendly, and we got our order fast.
