"Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE! Energetic young man took my order. I didn’t remember his name, I meant to! Because dude was awesome! On point! He took order with energy, greeted me in drive thru, took money and gave change while saying “I sure appreciate you, sir. Please come again! “ with a sincere smile. I don’t even remember how good the food was. lol I was just so blown away by this kid! Great guy. Will probably be an Owner if he so desires. thick young black guy; if it helps. We stopped by the restaurant tonight at 10:15 and ordered some food and shakes. Kj, the young man who took our order and served us, was very polite and had a great attitude. He made sure our food was fresh and even came out to check on us and chat for a bit, which is something you don't see often. Our food was promptly served and we could tell it was made with care. Thank you, Kj, for delivering excellent customer service. Your $10 tip is well-deserved. Arby's, please consider giving this man a raise or promotion - he's the greatest of all time!
