I moved to the drive thru and sat for a solid 3 minutes before I decided to say hello to make sure that they knew I was there. a very rude lady answered that you have to wait, I'm right with you. No matter how polite and beautiful they are the employees at the drive are rude. eating is warm in the regular luke. I have a medium, it was half full. she didn't want it to be full. I've been here a long time. someone from the upper administration should go through and order something and see first hand.
