"The food is overpriced and mediocre at it 's best, but that 's not even what prompted this review. If I pull into the parking lot and there is even one other car in the drive-thru, I know I 'll be there 30 minutes. Thought I would try going into the lobby since there was only 1 car in the parking lot. There was only 1 customer and he was standing at the counter. After waiting behind him for 20 minutes while employees seemed oblivious that we were there, I finally asked him if he 'd even gotten to order yet. I came in on 5/17/24 @8:45ish and the kid that was running the drive thru sucks!! Not welcoming at all. Was very rude and was in a hurry for nothing. If I didn 't hear it say here 's you ice cream , it would have been dropped on the pavement. And our shakes were half way filled and weren 't even what we ordered. So in short y 'all need to do something. People spend good money to come here to eat and if they keep getting treated like that you will for sure loose business!!!
