"On December 6 we made a 6:00 reservation for dinner. When we arrived the door was locked, the lights were on and people were dining. We knocked on the door because the waitress was standing right next to the door but we were ignored. Tried calling but the phone was off the hook. Very disappointing.... We were with folks that live in town and it left a bad taste in their mouth as well. Word about bad customer service gets around quicker than good service. Unfortunate for them."
