"asien is one of the better Chinese food sites in the lehigh valley, with the pleasant supplement of the serving of food from a many number of other Asian countries. they have Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean and Indonesian. for a place that serves such an inconsistency of food, they do it remarkably well. they also have several fusion dishes, such as chinese kim chee, which was beautiful for not as spicy as traditional Korean kim chee. I was a couple times and eating never felt fat, even the fried foods. the service is timely and attentive, but it feels like they are in someone's living room. I am not a fan of it personally, it is not really a negatiw. every time I'm here, I've got to go...

I had been looking eager on this restaurant and all great reviews. do not go to lunch because the master cook is there, but do not cook. I'm a stuffed ex-new yorker, so I know my Asian food and their meal times are all but bad.

my friends have recommended this restaurant. we went there on Saturday night. it was full. I felt like in chinatown in nyc. it was loud and tables were really tight. the food was good. although they were a little salty, they tasted like authentic Chinese, not American sweet taste. the presentation was also good. it seemed like there was only one server working there. He came to us only when he took our orders and delivered our food. we had to try to find him when we wanted him.

we have been taking over from the Asian restaurant for years and have loved it absolutely. we had no more eating in a few months. we have the same things we always have and it was terrible. they must have changed chefs or have cut off something. we will never order from there again. I am so disappointed because we had no good Chinese restaurant until asia opened. if they have cut to save money, they will lose money in the long term. fyi not get the boneless ribs, absolutely terrible!

"Let me start by saying the only reason this place doesn't get a five star is because of the wait. In fairness my friend and I were there on valentines day so we had extreme patience with the servers. I had a reservation for 2 and when we arrived they tried to seat us at the bar (on Valentine's Day! . No bueno. We said we would wait for a table, that took about 15 minutes but it was well worth the wait. Once we were seated it took about 25 minutes or so for the waitress to come get our orders. We had prepared in advance and ordered all courses in that first round so that the food could just steadily come out. We had the ginger salad, the dressing was one of the best I have ever had. Next we shared the Sweet and Sour Soup, it was absolutely delicious, lots of flavors and textures and had a bite! Our appetizers were both sushi and we found them to be excellent and fresh. For Entree's I had the filet which I found to be one of the BEST I have ever had in my life. I brought some home and I was able to cut it with a plastic knife the next day after warming it up! My friend got the Tempura which was also delicious. The sauces were all spectacular as were the roasted vegetables. My only complaint was A. our reserved table wasn't ready and B. The time it took to get through the meal. While we enjoyed our evening it was a 2 hour and 15 minute meal. I feel like 1 hour and 45 minutes MAXIMUM for our courses would have felt more comfortable. Generally speaking we loved it and we will be going back again!"
