The service was friendly and the food was enjoyable, but the tonkotsu ramen that was pictured on the menu did not match what was actually served. The taste was far from authentic tonkotsu, but on the positive side, it was decent. Additionally, I was displeased to discover that the cashier had tipped himself when I paid for my meal without my consent.
