"First visit and we will be once again excellent and attentive service, I had the BLT wrap and potato salad delicious, she had the Backwaters cheese sandwich and pommes also delicious. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Wisconsin River during the meal. Oh, try the house made chips, they're for dying. Enjoy your visit."

Fantastic fish fairy! Bread was well seasoned, light and crisp. Delicious Coleslaw, tartaric acid and ole fashion. Relaxing atmosphere with TVs for sports and magnificent views of the Wi River.

Beautiful clean fun atmosphere that sells good burgers. Also directly on the river you have a beautiful landscape. The staff was nice and friendly and fast would recommend and we will thank you.

"I was here on business with another associate and we were both craving a good fish diner. He had the deep fried walleye and I had broiled perch. It came with the usual sides, salad, soup, choice of potatoe, etc., but the fish really were what set our meals apart from most. My associate said it was the best walleye he's ever had or at least the best he's had in a very long time. The filet was lightly breaded and had a firm, flaky texture and was cooked to perfection. My broiled perch was lightly seasoned, perfectly flaky and tender. It had great flavor. I asked for tartar sauce, but I didn't need it. The bar tender was very friendly and attentive and the seasoned server was welcoming, friendly and easy going. The pace of each course was timed such as when we finished one, the next one was set down. Don't be in a hurry and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We waited a little longer than normal for our bill, but we were staying in town anyway. We'll be back the next time we're in Rhinelander."

"The place was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. The Waite staff were checked promptly and often. The food was hot, well plated and was served quickly. The desserts looked amazing. The price for the quality/quantity of food was not fair. You also have children and older menu items. I would recommend this restaurant and stop here again."

"If I could give more stars, I'd definitely. This place happens to googling food joints. So glad I chose this place. Order lunch for my husband and some of his staff, (construction, so ever different places). Every praised quality and taste of food. I asked where I got it from, so that they can run for themselves again. I ordered the Trifecta. Absolutely loved, but it's a 2-hour drive from home. Strongly recommend you just go ahead and order 2 portions of everything you think 'll like because you're obligated to want more after you have provided the great portions for the first time."
