I called in to place an order for pick up and was told to wait before being hung up on. Thinking they must be busy, I headed over to the restaurant only to find it empty. The blonde lady, who was on her phone with a pink cover, was extremely rude and not paying attention to customers. Their constant distraction almost resulted in my order being incorrect. The food was decent, but the service was lacking.

This particular Banana King franchise is not the best in terms of overall quality. While the food is still decent, it falls short compared to other locations in Passaic and Secaucus. There is a tendency for them to make mistakes with orders. This restaurant is pretty straightforward - what you see is what you get. The taste and pricing are on par with other Banana King branches, but with the added convenience of seating and more accurate orders. The food remains delicious, however, the service is lacking in comparison to other locations.
