"Had some glasses of medically fermented grape juice last night and the place was really busy; the staff was very friendly and accommodating....when there for lunch today, had cup Chowder and a flat turkey sandwich...both excellent!!! Will Julie have to get there next time!!!"

Traci (Server is fantastic, hospitality brilliant as the Clam Chowder and fish chips. We thank the cook when we left (if that happened? to go to the beautiful snow-covered environment, the karre paths were picked for easy walking. Great fan.

"On weekends for lunch in late November stopped and a quiet table with a breathtaking view of the lake and snowy mountains. The French diving sandwich was delicious, with creamy horseradish with the rich thin slices of beef and one side crispy broken frits. The mahi tacos were not quite so impressive (with missing three-colour chips), but the pineapple salsa was fresh and bright. The service was fast and friendly, carefully revitalized with dishes and filled with water glasses. Overall, it was a winning experience. "Located in the McCall Hotel, Rupert's is a beautiful dining area in the centre of the city. Well maintained, and the food is an extraordinary value. Well thought out and present great flavors that miles above the nearby competition are not much higher at prices. Try to get a table where you can enjoy the lake view! Unfortunately, the tepid pop disco music track is little to support the ambience, and the waiters are overly casual. But the decor is pleasant, with fresh flowers and oil lamps on the tables. Go to a birthday party or just if you want something special."

"Fine dining isn’t prevalent in this lakeside town but Rupert’s is pretty close. Food is delicious, even if the fish was flown in from New Zealand (couldn’t figure that out). Meats are locally sourced and a good wine list. Was unusually hot that weekend so air conditioning was struggling and we sat outside, which was nice but in plastic chairs. Service: Dine in"

"Best hospitality in town! Thanks to the Rude guy at Growlers Pizza we would not have come across Father?s Pride in McCall! Their staff, all of them were welcoming and very pleasant. Best cheeseburgers in town! One of the staff explained to us the beer that my husband was inquiring about. Beer made in Idaho. It?s called Sockeye! White mans Corona with lime! She was absolutely right! Awesome beer! Awesome lady. Wish I caught her name. Took the time to welcome us and we felt so pleased we went there! I totally recommend this place to hamburger lovers. Their service is fantastic! We?ll surely stop by before we head home!"

"I made it a point to get to McCall on both last two trips to Bistro 45. The Spinach and Artichoke Dip is AMAZING! The vegetable soup was also great and the tomato and mozzarella salad was so fresh. The warm, seasoned red wine was also a treat! I recommend this cozy place. And if you are in wines, they have a great list or bottle at reasonable prices."
