"the service left much to wish. the first 4 weeps I chose were not available as there were 30% of the menu items we chose. the first waiter we had taken forever to visit us, and when he did, we had to ask our drinks to bring us three times. some dishes were excellent, the olives, the fennel cake etc. but some were mediocre, the babysquid, the lion fish, etc. when we complained to the managerin who took one of the champagne bottles out of the bill, but the harm was done."

I made my reservation 3 weeks before the stay in miami. when trying to change the number of guests for the reservation, the concierge in the hotel informed me that the restaurant closed on 1st april. this was also confirmed by a telephone call. very disappointed that the restaurant did not let me know, nor did they know.

we had a wonderful dinner and the unique experience. each of the nine dishes that we once once once tried once again that we had never tried before and they all tasted amazingly. the personal was fantastic. the sad news is that we found out that I went to me last night that the restaurant was open. they close in the city and open up new concepts around the united states. we wish the staff the best as we had a great dinner

my culinary experience was terrible because I arrived with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday, just to find out that the restaurant is permanently closed. we drove the hour of continued lauderdale to eat in hour Friday night traffic at this place we all loved. I have never been reported at any place of open table or basar mar from the closure. I am very disappointed and do not think that I will ever eat again in another of jose Andres’ restaurants.

"I took my husband here as a surprise for our anniversary. It was our first time in this location but we've been to the one in Turkey. I called in ahead of time to let them know we'll be there for our anniversary and asked if they do anything. The person on the one stated we bring out a premium dessert to you and our servers will over to say Happy Anniversary. I asked if he could notate it on the reservation and he said he would. We had our dinner and they brought out the dessert they have which is the bakhlava. Now being in the hospitality business and prior experiences, restaurants bring out the dessert complimentary when there's an occasion and that's what I understood from the host that answered the phone. Anyways, they brought out the check and charged us for the dessert. I kindly asked to speak with the manager, Lawrence and explained to him the sit and showed him the call on my phone. He left and checked with the person that answered the phone and stated that there was a misunderstanding and we don't offer complimentary dessert. Now as a courtesy and from such a high end restaurant, you would think they would go ahead and take care of the dessert as this is what was explained to me but he rudely refused. He was not polite or helpful whatsoever. I for sure will not be going to this location again and definitely don't appreciate how Lawrence the manager had treated us"
