"Always veggies first at the bottom and meat at the top (as it sticks and stays intact), never goes wrong. Very excited to try for the first few times, I suggest others to experience mangolian barbeque. It all depends on how you choose your ingredients, you might think the spices you choose are less but they add up and ruin your meal.
