"I honestly don't know how this has such a high review score. The broth is extremely salty. The process for their broth types is rather unusual. When I asked the owner/server specifics on their “ramen” dishes, he had no clue. He said I have to ask his wife in the kitchen. They seemed like good folks that probably need a few lessons on running a restaurant."

Not bad! Food and service is great, but the location has weird lighting that is excessively bright, but that is a minor detriment. Basil Fried Rice is what I usually get, and it always hits the spot!
