"The pizza here is good, but every time we’ve eaten at this restaurant, the wait has been excessive and the customer service lacking. Even when we place online orders, which are supposed to be ready after two hours, it still took 40 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time for our order to be ready. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, it seemed like they hadn’t even started preparing it yet. What was supposed to be a quick in-and-out experience turned into a frustrating 40-minute wait in their lobby. Given that we ordered a large pizza, a calzone, ravioli, and cinnamon sticks well in advance, a two-hour notice should have been plenty of time for them to prepare everything. They could have offered us complimentary drinks to help ease the inconvenience of the long wait. Instead, the only gesture made was two small containers of icing to go with the cinnamon sticks, which felt a bit inadequate."

"I was pleasantly surprised at the speed they got orders. I was hesitant when I moved into a long car-duration line, but the cars seemed relatively fast to move. I placed my order, and while he grabbed ketchup, I noticed that there was only 1 order of knitter fries in the bag, looking at the receipt and noticed that he didn't catch when I said 2 apparently. I said there should be two orders from Pommes, so please ring me another one if this is possible. I was hesitant to say something because I didn't want to keep the line, but they got my second order of the Pommes pretty fast. Kudos on the fast service, but my Bacon Beef Cheese Sandwich was a bit... Idk; sloppy, and I didn't eat the whole thing because it fell apart. Oh yes, and the frits lubricated as if the oil was really old; could not finish it either. Otherwise I would have got 5 stars."

"Very disappointing $40 experience for our family. The burgers were super greasy. The onion rings are sad shoe strings. The only thing that turned out okay was the catfish. However, the seafood platter was over priced for what you get, tons of fries. It was like a double large order of fries but barely any actual seafood. I might try the catfish again sometime but it was an overall pretty sad experience. ?"

"Update: got the chicken power shot again, and it is much better prepared. Has film on the bottom and actually arranged how someone gave a care. Good food, get out hot, but I ordered a chicken Power Bowl and it came out like that. I didn't make a picture of my crisp wrap, but that was also falling apart. I just didn't want to expect something to look beautiful, but it tastes like a typical Tacoglocke."
