vegan burgers are roasted on the same heart as fleischburger and painted with the same oil brush. the chef only replied, “it has not disturbed anyone until now” and I have canceled the order.

beautiful menu with a vegetarian as well as a vegan section. burgers were good when a little old-fashioned. remember the days (not long ago actually) when vegan burgers tasted like musk beans, lenses etc? we developed like them.
