"Made a reservation for my son’s birthday with the whole family. Drove two hours to enjoy a great meal. Checked in told them we had a reservations. Said it would be a few minutes. 45 minutes later they said they were having some IT issues. Said it would be a couple more minutes an hour after our initial reservation time they said they couldn’t seat anyone or take any customers because they whole computer system was down and they had no clue when it would be up. So two hour drive to get to BJs, wait time of over an hour and two hours home all to end up having chic-fil-a. Just lovely."
