I recommend the bourjito to start a beautiful Bourbon twist on the classic Mojito.so good! (man went with a gin gimlet). order the whistles that come with fresh crust bread to suck the delicious whiskey pancakes. also the French tweebel soup and the new england clam chowder were excellent. friede kot for him, fish (mahi) tacos for me. also perfect! a creamy and very large part of cheesecake with caramel is dessert. just a perfect Friday afternoon from great food and fantastic service. I loved this place."

"What a great find! Old southern charm in the kitchen. I had the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer with chicken livers and my wife had the darkened trout. Pages were potatoes, Okra and Schwieger. The large part of the livers, the okra was very fresh and the hover was excellent. They could say all the articles were freshly cooked and hot. For the desert we had bread pudding, OMG! I recommend stopping at least once while visiting the city. Katie was our server and very polite and attentive, thanks to Katie!"

"Mike's is a small BBQ link right in front of the 1st street if you are on the way to all shopping opportunities Blue Ridge has to offer. You were advised that the place is small, but that's not a bad thing at all. The atmosphere is quite rustic, which is appropriate in view of the food they serve. I applauded Mike for the brisket because it's probably the best I had in the Blue Ridge/Ellijay area. It certainly has the best smoke taste I tasted in this area. The meat had a decent smoke ring, but the center was also pink, as in pink like a medium cooked steak. I often smoke my own brisket and have never experienced it, but it is not a complaint. The side of the cinnamon apples I had were delicious like the beans. The restaurant is so small that during the pandemic it seems difficult to social distance. Unfortunately, none of the staff seemed to mask what was disappointing, but in the week I was in Blue Ridge, it is with most of the places I had eaten. Will definitely be back for the next time."

"I’m from Louisiana (just outside of New Orleans) and this place was amazing! The blackberry smokehouse burger was delicious (I highly recommended it). We started with the garlic parm wings, and the pork rinds. We followed it by the Philly cheesesteak burger, the fat bottom girl burrito, and the bacon caesar chicken wrap. The food along with the music (The Honkey Collective) created a great dining experience. It is definitely not a place to pass up!"

"I heard it was strawberry season and couldn’t pass up the opportunity for some fresh ones so me made the venture out there. It was more than worth it! The orchard is absolutely stunning and the shop has everything you could expect. They have their own cidery and make a variety of seasonal wines (and slushies). Their website even has a schedule of what’s currently in season so you can coordinate your visit to your preference."
