"The food was delicious and the service was very good. We were greeted immediately and seated. I had the salmon with mashed sweet potatoes. The flavors were superb. We had a wonderful evening. After dinner we went downstairs for The Cabaret Project STORM. It was a spectacular performance. Looking forward to them coming to Blu again soon."

The food really has gone downhill in this establishment. The ambiance, cocktails and energy are all still top notch but the changing of the chefs has really had a negative effect on the food quality. :
