"The employees were SO beyond rude. Both females were working with AirPods in, talking rudely about previous customers, and messed up the order twice. Afterwards we had a situation in which one of our belongings were stolen. We called in to see if they had the item and the employees told us to come look for ourselves. By the time we got there it was gone, and the employees were mocking us, laughing at us, rolling their eyes, and lying to their manager about what they had said on the phone. Terrible service."

Green Water with green ice. No flavor! Waste of my money.I asked them to remake it the first time Because it taste like a water down slushy; Got the second one and it was worse.This place has lost its quality and flavor in their drinks.

This place is next to trash, it was dirty, the floor was covered in dirty footprints, after you order they make you wait outside even when the weather is 39 degrees out, I was hoping the bubble teas was any good, I ordered a basic Taro and it tested like water, no flavor at all. Such a disappointment, I will continue to look for a place on Oxnard that makes a decent bobba tea so far it was been a failure.
