"I called the restaurant yesterday to inquire about their closing time and when they stop taking orders, as I get off work late and wanted to make sure I could place an order in time. The person on the phone informed me that they stop taking orders at 6:30. When I called at 6:13, I was put on hold for 5 minutes before the line was disconnected. Despite being a longtime customer who has spent a lot of money at this establishment, I was left feeling disrespected by this experience. I would have appreciated if they had communicated that they were busy or unable to take more orders. Unfortunately, this incident has led me to decide that I will not be returning to this restaurant."
