"I placed an online order and it was incorrect. I missed out on most of my meal because of this mistake. The restaurant did not answer the phone initially. When I finally reached someone, they insisted that my order was complete, despite me listing the items that were missing. They claimed they were closed and refused to fulfill the rest of my order at 9:45, even though their website stated they closed at 10. It is one thing to have poor customer service, but to blatantly lie to a paying customer is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again. Extremely disappointed."

This restaurant was terrible. The food was cheap and poorly prepared, the service was lackluster, and the taste was very bland. The decor was outdated.

Located on West Dixie Highway, this restaurant is a must-visit! The service is top-notch, with friendly employees and hot, delicious food. Unlike some other places, they don't rush you and the portion sizes are generous. The wait time is short, making for a pleasant dining experience. I can't praise this place enough - it has completely changed my opinion of Boston Markets. Highly recommend!

"I had a very late breakfast yesterday with a friend in BBE (1/29/18) at 1:30. We had good service, good coffee, and my protein vegetarian omelet was delicious! The simple bagel I had was not bad either, not the best I had, but it was okay. I can't speak for my friend, but he had the Matzo bee (accompanied by acid cream and apple sauce that he swallowed everywhere), and he ate everything, including this pumpernickel bagel! I don't know when I'm going to visit Miami again (I'm back home in Indiana), but if I had the opportunity to dine again at EBB, I'll be there for sure - thanks for the delicious food!"

"This was our second visit to Old Lisbon and we went with friends who promise you a wonderful culinary experience. When we arrived, the restaurant was 2/3. full and we sat fast. Our waiter took our drink (bottle wine) and food orders and we waited for our appetizers to be served. We shared 2 appetizers, as I knew from our last visit, that the portion size is large enough to share. The sausage croquettes came out in about 15 minutes, but our eggplant shell did not. After all, we called our waiter and asked where he was, and he claimed we never ordered it when it was the first dish we ordered and we repeated it twice. Since some time had passed since we placed our orders first, we asked if the reordering of the eggplant dish would disturb our main courses, as we did not want them to be served together. He said don't worry so you know what happened next, they almost came together. On a 1-10 scale, the attention of the waiter to the detail would be rated 1 . Apart from screwing the order, he never visited our table to see if we needed anything unless we called him. The restaurant added the congratulations of the bill, which can be responsible for the bad service. The food was good, but the service was terrible and we will never go after this experience in Old Lisbon!"

"This place was wonderful. The staff was polite and attentive. They offered recommendations at request and they did not disappoint. I ordered the steak and it was tender and juicy, as it was advertised. The portions were huge and my left overs are enough to feed me for days. They had plenty of options for my vegetarian daughter. Be careful of their drinks though, because if you have one you might not be able to drive home! The food came out fast and the waiter checked on us several times so we never felt like we were waiting on him. Absolutely fantastic."
