"While visiting Bonn, we sought out a highly recommended Resteraunt for good German fare. This was recommended to us. Upon entering, it was clear this was a busy place. The day behind the bar immediately recognized our unfamiliarity with the establishment and took the time to look after us. Speaking English, he asked us to wait 15 minutes and he would get us a table. So we did what most Germans would do, we had a beer! What a great spot! We sat outdoors and enjoyed a great meal, refreshing beer and fun people watching. The food was delicious. I had the burger and was surprised when I saw it was two burger patties with the cheese in the middle. Really really flavorful burger. My husband had the schnitzel (pork art) and that was also cooked to perfection. Our friend who is pescatarian had the veggie burger and it looked and tasted like a real meat burger. We all enjoyed our meals. The service was ok. They took our order and brought our food not too chatty
