I went to brim because they participated in the twin cities vegan chef challenge. I enjoyed the cauliflower, rice and purple sweet potato bowl. I'm back.

I wish I could go back now and get this vegan Poké bowl back. Wow! So creative and tasteful. Every bite was like an artwork. The hummus plate was also fun to share. I had no idea this place was so good. Healthy, real food. We enjoyed the late outdoor summer seat, although the indoor seats also felt warm and welcoming. Can't wait back!
