"I have been looking forward to dining at Broadway because I admire chef Amar's style and creativity. I came with a group of 4 others for a celebration and we enjoyed ourselves. There were some highlights and lowlights as to be expected. The highlights included the cocktails (Loucette was fresh and unsweet, a nice balance of bright flavors), the hamachi (that sauce was incredible, bright, acidic and sweet), the pork belly (again, the sauce was the highlight, just a unique flavor combination, dynamite), and the skirt steak with chimichurri (Amar is killing it with the sauces because we asked for more). We came here to celebrate our anniversary. Our reservation was on a Sunday night so we were a bit surprised when we requested to change our reservation from 6:45 to 7:00 (we just wanted to enjoy our day in Laguna a bit more) they said it would be best for you to arrive at 6:45 ...which we did...but saw multiple empty tables during our entire dinner! Food was excellent again (this was our second time here) but the service was a bit unorganized at first..multiple people asked us if we wanted a cocktail, yet it took forever to get our drinks (they ended up not charging us for the drinks). Other than that everything was wonderful!! The food definitely made up for the other things!!

"Food was excellent, our waitress was extremely helpful great energy cannot say enough good things. She's blond I forget her name unfortunately, but she's great. Music was also great, Lele Rose played her voice reminiscent of Sarah Bareilles, we would definitely see her again there. "First time eating at this restaurant. The food was delicious. I would recommend the sea bass, scallops and double cut pork chops. The side of corn risotto, which had fresh corn in it, was another delicious dish. As the restaurant became more crowded, the noise level was higher and it became more difficult to carry on a conversation with people at the table."

"It's got to be one of the loudest restaurants in Orange County... the brick walls and the small tables make it very intimate and if you're into that type of a atmosphere it is great! I would recommend sitting at the bar... at least you can speak side by side and have a little conversation. But you will want to go here because the food is amazing... everything we tasted was fresh, high-quality, handmade and really delicious. Thinking back on the menu there are at least 12 things that I still have to go back and try. Think more red sauce southern Italian family-style then upscale northern and more refined dining."

"Wife and I are on our honeymoon and that was our first lunch. We sat right on the beach and there were heaters for every table when we needed it. Waitstaff was excellent and attentive, our drinks were always full when we wanted it. We started with the octopus that had spread a pancake and a green Garbanzo she had the mahi mahi tacos and I had the black swordfish sandwich with lobster bisque. The fish in both meals was perfectly cooked, not dry at all. The lobster bisque was not exaggerated or thick, it was surprisingly light and also had a sweet taste. The whole meal was delicious and I would highly recommend it!"

"This is a great seaside restaurant with excellent views of the water from both the tables outside and inside. While the views are excellent the food is excellent as well. I had Sea Bass and my wife had Lobster Bisque and both were delicious and prepared well. Our server, David, was attentive, knew all of the items on the menu in the most minute of details, and was very friendly. A non-food related bonus is that the hotel where the restaurant is located, Surf and Sand, has valet parking for restaurant guests. Parking is a challenge everywhere in Laguna Beach and the valet service made the dining experience much, much easier"
