despite a reservation, we waited almost an hour for placement. the personal was very nice, but what purpose is a reservation if I still have to wait?

I had a reservation for 8pm i didn’t get seated until 8:45. Then was sat on their patio area where every area around us had heat but where we were and i had to wear my coat the whole time .. then was rushed to leave since they where over booked.
