"Today was the first time in a while we went back to El Patron and it was a pleasant surprise to see the new look the menu us new as well. Drinks were pretty good had a couple different ones I tried the platano relleno it caught my attention because is not a common dish and was very good. The place was packed for a Friday night but food came to our table really fast. Our server was really friendly too. Will be going back again soon."

"Not Impressed at all. Looked at the reviews and thought hey this place sounds like the food is really good! I ordered the triple delight. The guy who was behind the counter when I picked up my order was very friendly. I didn't like the fried rice it had no flavor whatsoever. The sauce was salty and there wasn't a lot of meat in the meal. There were only 2 shrimp in the meal. The carrots were cut way too big as well as the onion. My daughter had the Mongolian Beef which I tasted a piece of beef and it tasted like it had been cooked in a burnt sauce or something. I wouldn't recommend this place, the prices are too high for the small portions that you get."

"I’ve always went to kfc as a kid, but now I know why hardly anyone goes there. Not sure if dine in is open anymore, but they do have order online and pickup in store. You literally just walk in and grab your order. The staff doesn’t speak or acknowledge you so anyone could walk in and just grab an order as they please and the staff wouldn’t even know if it’s their food or not. One of my orders were wrong so they remade my order right in front of me, even though it was handled with care, you could clearly see the stations were dirty. I’ve been a kitchen manager and those stations were not up to par. You could see the food build up in the stations. I’m surprised I didn’t get sick. But hey! I paid for my order online, was super hungry, and I wasn’t going to put myself through the hassle of a refund."

"First time to Riptides! The closest to Chester is for a saltwater feeling and taste riptides. They had live music that was pleasant, and outdoor seats. It is a very nicely furnished and well maintained restaurant. Our server was friendly and professional, but the main part was our Mojitos. They were too sweet and had hardly any alcohol in them. The prices indicated on the menu are reasonable, except the crab cake. My ahi tuna was well prepared, and the taste of the rub was beautifully treated. The Hush puppies were good, but served with a large amount of butter as a side that some like to enjoy, but seemed like overkill, as Hushpuppies usually have a slightly buttery taste already. Maybe another dive alternative could be better. The fried squid was light and crispy, and the marinara sauce was also savory. Riptides is a great place for seafood and music! Next time!"
