Average food at average prices. The inside is very dated, the parking spaces are too skinny. The service is fine enough. There just isn't much to say about the place, just a very basic dining experience. Not bad by any means though.

Don 't let flags out front deter or encourage you as 'they do not represent opinion of bunkhouse ' per sign on front window. Excellent service, fair prices, generous portions, great food. Very family owned feel. Gracious accommodation made for someone(not us) who wanted early lunch (not many places do that). Highly recommend and plan on coming on our next time through.

Excellent roadside find, eat here. Quite possibly the best halibut sandwich avocado/crab salad I’ve ever had! Both of our teenage children were satisfied a couple of excellent gluten-free options for my wife. We learned from our super friendly efficient server that the owner is from Mexico and includes avocado in as many dishes as possible! As noted on the sign onfront of the place, “The Bunkhouse Restaurant’s views are not represented by the flags.” When you pull up to eat here see the flags, you’ll understand why their sign is posted.
