"I had passed Hudock's on my way out of Salem and noticed everyone eating on the picnic tables outside on that sunny afternoon and said to myself that I had to try this place. I am so happy that I stopped. Hudock's is such a Jersey experience from the food to the service to the overall attitude of the place. Also their prices are really cheap and that goes a long way in this economy. I decided on a foot long hot dog with mustard and relish and a Coke and I swear it was one of the best hot dogs that I have ever had and I eat at Nathan's in Coney Island all the time. The hot dog was really was a foot long and it was slit and grilled to perfection. Each bite was a delight and when washed down with an icy Coke, it was just the best meal. Everything on the menu that I saw coming out looked really good. The best part was to sit on the picnic tables on a sunny day and look at the fields of crops. The view showed the beauty of farm country and it was nice to see green all around us. It also caters to families and there was a nice crowd of people just sitting outside enjoying the weather. I felt like I was in a time capsel and went back to the 1970's. It was nice to just stop and relax and just enjoy a meal. I highly recommend stopping at this stand on a really nice day. I just wish I had gotten some custard because it looked really good."

"I always have bad experiences with this place. first I asked for a margherita pizza. it is not on the menu, but they were friendly enough to make it for me anyway. but then they charged me $30 for it. $30 for a pizza. mozzarella, sauce, teig, basilikum. all ingredients they have readily available on hand. after a time I went back and ordered a chicken parm sub and pommes. When I arrived there, I sat there for 15 minutes, while the dame behind the theke and the herr who made pizzas, prepared from mine to go many picturesque order. I finally got up and asked me to apologize for my eating it finally gave it to me. when I got it home, the sub was warm and the fryed cold and soggy. Just today I tried again and sat 15 minutes in the line while they took others and talk to someone they knew about it. I finally went out without asking. do not misunderstand me, they have good homemade foods, most fresh and from ground up. but I gave it up. I've eaten here all the time with my late grandmother, but I gave them my money."

"Okay, I know his butt early on Sunday morning. But I woke up with a desire for the last piece of pizza! Yo I ate 4 slices in the first session! My father even added how they wrapped his philly cheese steak. I don't know what you did with the pizza. Sauce but Bravo You made my family happy and my Belly! Here's a picture of the left! Not even 1 crust"

"CASH ONLY LOCATION!!!! I’ve been coming to this place since I was in High School. My parents and I would take a drive and stop for a foot long hot dog and/or ice cream. This is a nice little eatery; the staff are sweet and accommodating. The food is good, reasonably priced! If you ever want to test your stomach limits. I suggest the belly buster burger! I am partial to their cheese steaks. Also their cheese fries are a must have! Mind you it’s all outside dining. You can call ahead and order from them making pick up easy. Across the driveway is their ice cream parlor. Soft custard is a summer staple. And they amazing flavors, ranging from the originals, to some more interesting ones. I tried the their creamsicle float! Omg delicious it’s Fanta orange soda with ice cream, hence creamsicle!!! Another must have! Definitely leave the crew a tip for their hard-work! I enjoyed myself."

"Dined there yesterday with a party of 5. The food and service was amazing. We all had chicken gnocchi soup and it was delicious. I had the 5 cheese ravioli in a blush sauce and that was delicious also. I like that you can pick from several homemade pastas and sauces and add shrimp or meatballs to create your own dish!! Portion sizes are great too. We finished with homemade cannolis and cookies for dessert. Can't wait to go back again for a great meal and live music on a Saturday nite!!! Thank you!!"
