"Typically I have a good experience with Burger King, not this time. the manager was aggressive and didn't accept promotional items on the burger king application and made a point of being rude when I asked for clarification. Not really big about saying negative things but seems like management needs to calm down and relax, maybe reevaluate how to be understanding with customers.
