"Such an amazing place to eat and have cocktails, staff is attentive, the best they can being so busy. The food is always phenomenal. The crafted cocktails are unique and flavorful, a requirement if you stop here. The baked cheese and the bread dish are always just spot on, this is a must try for the Manistee area. Nestled in the basement of the ramsdell inn, the location is dim lit and romantic while still providing a great atmosphere, unfortunately with that came a slight mildew or damp smell, however it does not take away from the almost flawless dining experience! Good job TJ's. Keep it up."

"I had the fish and chips. Best I've ever had. Wife raved about the broasted chicken. Chicken pot pie is great. Prices are very reasonable and in most cases, lower than other less desirable eateries. Great friendly and efficient service. Not one negative during our visit. Certainly will go back and highly recommend this place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"Our waitress was very nice, but the owner/host was quite the opposite and made us feel unwelcome as soon as we walked in. We should have left right then, but we decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, the experience didn't improve. They ran out of chicken and wanted to charge extra for other proteins. The signage seemed to imply we should just be grateful they were open, and there was a disconnect between what was advertised in their dishes and what we actually received (for example, the **Mary's were just regular **Mary's without the promised extras). The chairs looked nice but were extremely uncomfortable for everyone. Overall, it was an overpriced and disappointing experience that didn't meet our expectations. It's safe to say we won't be returning."

"We were there on July 15th, and there was a group of us, around 13 people. We were denied seating. I understand they were short staffed, but we were in no hurry and even offered to wait if needed. There were groups in there of about the same size as us. Apparently because we weren 't regulars or from the area meant we get no consideration. The hostess denied us and even became rude as we tried to work out the situation. Wouldn 't even allow us the opportunity. She just showed us the door! I visit a lot of breweries around the state, I 'm a member of #tagabrew, I do not recommend this place, don 't waste your time! Just my personal opinion only. We did, however, find a place that was more than accommodating. We left their wait staff a very large tip!"

"Very disappointed in the meal on 7/13/21. Asked for fish and chips and got potatoes chips when asked why I got potatoe chops instead of fries, because you asked for chips. Waitress extremely rude. Worse experience I have ever had there."
