"Drinking was pretty good, we came there when it was happy hour. No waiting and the hosts of the servers were top notch! To the needs of beverage refills. It just lost 1 star for a few reasons. The shrimp appetizer was over strongly dowsed in lemon unfortunately, that is all I could taste (I love shrimp Sampi, so I order it many places) and the chicken Alfredo was very dry, but the chicken itself was wonderfully cooked. My husband Steak was boiled great and our salad was cold, delicious! I made the Caesar salad that my husband got the Italian salad perfect. The filled mushroom appetizer was fantastic! Finally, again it lost a star due to a lot of crumbs left on table stand. With Kovid, we just have to be more careful. Pleasant atmosphere otherwise."

"I was at red robin and had a good experience each time. the service can be a little slow, and it is never full when we are there, so I wonder if they are able to stay in business. for a large chain known for their burgers, I am pleasantly surprised by the variety and healthy options they have on their menu. you can get grilled chicken, truthahnburger, full wheat beans, melone instead of fries and many different salads. they also seem to be good at replacing and changing different things that are listed on the menu. "Got in the long drive-thru line on a Friday night and it was super packed. I thought it would take forever to get food. But I think it was one of the fastest times I've ever eaten. The staff was very efficient with the execution of switching off all orders in the Drive-Thru line. The food was also fresh and delicious. I don't know how you do it."

"I will never eat there again. The food on the buffet was not good. Not enough variety. The salad bar, if you want to call it that, was so small. Not enough variety. The waitress only came to me one time. Sorry service. It has been a few weeks ago, when I was there. You all need to shut down. Cicis pizza is way better than you all."

"We were traveling through the area and staying overnight in Troutville. I found a tiny menu for Hollywood's in the hotel's travel section. I like the menu choices, so we tried it. I had the 1/2 rack ribs, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Ribs fell off the bones, potatoes were creamy. My husband had the Pimento Burger with French fries. He loved both. He ordered his bacon crispy. His only complaint would be not enough Pimento cheese on the burger. I would have tried a dessert, but they had been very busy all day and were sold out of many choices."
