"Burrito Shak was pretty good. I gave it three stars because I would say it's average and I'd prefer Moe's and Chipotle. I had the Fire Shot Burrito which was really good, so hopefully my review doesn't prevent you from trying it out. I'd come to this place again.I did like that they give you chips with your burrito, and they had different types of salsa for free like Moe's. The salsa just wasn't as good as Moe's salsa.Service was great. The people taking our order were all very nice.Good experience and would definitely visit again, I'd just give Moe's and Chipotle 4 stars. If I could I'd give Burrito Shak 3.5 stars"

So this place was new to us and just kind of caught off the side of the road but was extremely good and surprising how full of flavors and diverse the burritos are.

Somewhat disappointed to find that this shack is actually a completely modern building with functional lighting, air conditioning, food safety precautions, and pleasant humans. I was really hoping for an actual rusty shack made of driftwood and old corrugated sheet metal, filled with baboons who serve you food that 's contaminated in thirty-four ways.Anyway 10/10

This place has really gone downhill within the past year. So many new faces as far as staff/can’t seem to keep same staff around. Communication amongst the team isn’t where it should be. The dining area was super dirty…no drink lids other than those that fit the water cups…salsa bar was gross. Tables and floor were dirty. The place was hot…like AC had gone out hot…staff was sweating which was also gross. They need to chill out on how much sauce they put on food too…it ruins the whole dish…absolutely soaked. Not interested in coming back…

"The pizza gets a 4 sometimes even a 5, unfortunately, attitude of employees, gets a 1. We went in twice this past week, because the pizza was really good the first time. I?m a northerner, I like good pizza! First time my margarita pie, was excellent. Except for the large whole cloves of garlic, sliced or crushed would be a preference. The sauce is excellent, light and sweet, the crust is fairly thin and very tasty. My second visit, the guy making the pie was so surly, I was Uncomfortable asking him to make any changes. I asked for a little more cheese, he looked at me and threw a handful of shredded mozzarella on the pie. He had put four small slices of cheese and then four slices of tomato. That is not a margarita pie. Unfortunately, the attitudes of all the employees is horrendous. They are not rude, but they certainly are not pleasant. Pizza Forno offers a make your own pie, and they give you a nasty face when you order it, like it?s too much effort. There were no descriptions on the glass by the topping options, to name what they are. So you have to ask the miserable employee in front of you what every item is. I?m not aware if the owner is miserable, and his attitude is wearing on all of his employees, Or if there is no management and they don?t care. It truly is a shame, because customer service is half your business. They will continue having business because the pizza is good and it?s worth the bad attitude."
