"Today I visited a Capriotti sandwich shop in Heden Square at 17.30. At the entrance I was greeted immediately and helped with pleasant haste. Although the greeting was very nice at the entrance. The food itself left me a little restless. I ordered a Chicken Chipotle Crunch and I was excited for the moment I would go down. In capriotti's order a homemade turkey sandwich. I gave the guy the instructions on how exactly I wanted my sandwich to be made. When I came home, the sandwich was dry, not a Mayo. I just said I didn't want any onions. I got my sandwich at dinner. I couldn't finish it.

I loved Capriotti sandwiches, but the taste went on the hill and the service is terrible. I ordered two subs at 6:30, the guy told me 15 minutes. I'm here at 7:00, the door is locked, and the guy standing there just left. I just wanted to tell him I ordered the phone and wanted to pay for my stuff. The shield says closed at 8 o'clock if this is the service I get from this place, no thanks. I even tried another place, just terrible service. If my money is not appreciated, it should be appreciated, others were smh
