"Ordered 2 party platters for a Halloween/Birthday party for 20 people. What I got was maybe enough for 8. Hardly any meat, cheese or turkey on the sandwiches, mostly lettuce and tomatoes. My guests were taking 2 or 3 pieces just to make an edible one. Definitely NOT what was shown on their menu. I?ve ordered party platters in the past and never had this issue. Ended up ordering pizzas. Extremely disappointed."

Ordered Grilled Bobby- good amount of Turkey but really light on cranberry sauce and stuffing . Complained to manager with photos and all he could say was he would talk to the crew. Paid a lot of for Turkey on bread.

In capriotti's order a homemade turkey sandwich. I gave the guy the instructions on how exactly I wanted my sandwich to be made. When I came home, the sandwich was dry, not a Mayo. I just said I didn't want any onions. I got my sandwich at dinner. I couldn't finish it.

Disappointed on my last visit a couple of weeks ago. The bread was fresh, the toppings were plentiful but where was the meat? I ordered a large turkey Sub, and the lack of meat was a let down. A large turkey Sub cost almost 20.00$. I will never return to Capriottis in Middletown for the same reason, and now I won't return to the bear location. Last Capriottis to try is on 141.
