"I love this place. Great burgers and pizza. Friendly wait staff. We have had slow service a couple times but normally they are prompt. The Hickory location is a different story. The waitress ignored us while she carried on a conversation with another waitress. We dont go to this location anymore. But the Lincolnton Court Street Grille is on point. We will be back. Had another great meal tonight."

"Upon entering the restaurant with my girlfriend and I, the atmosphere was very wholesome, clean, and professional. We were immediately served upon sitting at the table with chips and salsa and also served our drinks. And once the waiter arrived to our table to place our order the entire process was simple and easy. Once the food arrived it was hot and fresh and every few minutes the waiter would come by and would ask if we needed anything. If you have the money for a nice dining room experience, Mexican style, I highly recommend this one!!! Parking: Spacious parking with wheelchair accessibility Kid-friendliness: Yes the waiters are extremely kid friendly, and the environment is as well Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is wheelchair accessibility from the parking lot"

"I love Chick-fil-A! They always have the freshest tasting chicken, never dry.as always, this location was clean and staff were friendly. For fast food it can be expensive but worth it for the quality of food. I love the honey roasted bbq sauce. I typically will use this on any chicken I get. The waffle fries are ok, but with salt and ketchup what is not to like. The mac and cheese is good too. I think it was the manager who stopped by each table to check on guests. Overall, great experience and will always dine at Chick-fil-A."

"the food was not served as ordered. they had locked up half their seats and shouted at everyone who went that they had short staff on that day, so they just closed sections. many of us left and many remained standing because the seats were closed. they sit us, explain calmly, offer coffee and juice while we wait...the things could have been so much better treated. if I ran it, I would have set up a self-service coffee, juice and milkable, maybe grab and go sacks with something I had on the hand like cold sweet and milk, or I would have gone to get a business bought donuts and they free to those who could not wait. they knew as soon as the call was made that they would have a difficult day. they used their precious energy and time to drive the customers further away, instead of trying to achieve the goal, feed them and send them away feeling appreciated and appreciated. something to show that waffle house appreciate all those who have stopped, even if we could not serve them this morning. this business was a embarrassment for waffle house."
