carma deserves five stars, but they're not quite vega. I was blown away from eating. for appetizers we ordered Vietnamese brot and quinoa sweet potato fritter. we ordered the curry court, the ceviche and broken nudelsalat as our main course, and one was better than the other. the chocolate desserts were the highlight; I would only visit new orleans for those cakes. carma was the best vegan kitchen I had.
