A basket of chips for 30 minutes wait for Fajitas consisting of steak, shrimp and onions. Also cold and not grilled. Just warmed up. I didn't eat it and they didn't care."

I'd say it's mediocre. The food is decent. The service is not the best, but definitely not the worst. The atmosphere reminded me of a tex-mex fast food restaurant. I wouldn't fully benefit this restaurant, but I wouldn't try it.
