"Kim was fantastic! She was training a new team member and was still able to give us 100% attention. She was welcoming, engaging and energetic. We were a party of 8 and she was spot on with each order, even with substitutions. Gold star for her! The brunch/lunch menu caters to all tastes and the food was wonderful. "The food was satisfactory, but the main issue was that they added an additional gratuity without informing me. When the waitress brought the bill, I gave her a cash tip and she swiftly tried to collect it before I saw the total. This is not good business practice and has cost them a loyal customer. Adding a tip is fine, but deliberately taking more than twenty percent without my knowledge, on top of an additional 18 percent, is unacceptable."

"My daughter and I dine here regularly and we sit inside and hear the interactions with customers. I don’t understand the bad reviews. These guys are so neighborhood/ family oriented. Their food is great. They are not using the nasty waxy cheese that most places use. Not to mention their wraps and other food is always yummy and made the right way. I don’t even mind if it takes them a while when they are busy because my food is always delicious and they are friendly and talk to us while we wait. When we go in, we are greeted warmly and served like family and when we order delivery, the drivers are always super nice and the food is always still hot."

"The meal for lunch was hot, fresh, and delicious! I ordered the lemon sole and was thrilled to see that they served real sole instead of substituting with Tilapia like some other places do. The restaurant was small, cozy, and clean. The food was extremely enjoyable. Our waiter was very friendly and accommodating. I was initially hesitant to try this place because I've had bad experiences with diner food in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be coming back again. Also, the beef barley soup that came with my meal was delicious."
