"Not even close to generic taco stand style, this restaurant features Central Mexican cuisine. We 're talking the Mole of the Day club, here. Also, there is an abundance of turkey and duck on the menu compared to what most of you are used to. Everything is scratch, fresh, very tasty. Even the Margaritas are made with fresh-squeezed juice. Prices are reasonable, flavors are bursting, portions are generous and filling. The place has a great vibe. It 's busy, so, prepare to wait for a table. It will be worth it."

This place was on Guy F. show and I just had to go there and I'm so glad I did. The Rita’s are the best next to ours in Texas!! And the food was awesome. Don't remember salsa but maybe I was too busy drinking. I highly recommend this place for Authentic Mexican dishes and I'll be there again soon. Awesome Staff!

"Thought this would be more interesting than it was; Oysters on the half shell were served at room temp not on ice... very old interior and unimaginative menu. It was OK we had fun anyway. The server seemed inexperienced but tried hard and that was appreciated. With all of the other area restaurants I'm not sure I'd go back, although we were there on a Monday and I understand they have a better vibe during busier nights."

"let me start from the moment I arrived, until the moment I went, I was treated so well by all the staff. this place has a deep feeling, and that was an experience you can get nowhere else. the host who took our beverage order donna was so incredibly friendly and up to the earth, it felt like making a new girlfriend. the waitress we had (I can't remember her names, but she had dark hair and a fan to make sure she wasn't heated over while serving that I thought was an incredible idea) was exceptional at point and friendly. she made sure we took care of every moment when she noticed something was running low on our table. we were so comfortable with her, we could talk about everything! she was amazing! they start at the bar where they can order a drink and plan their order. Once they have ordered their food, they close their tab at the bar and then they are moved to their edible for their meal. they get a radishes board that includes sweet, pickel, olive and paprika. it was a delicious start and is free with its meal along with brot and salat. my coworker and I ordered both a rib eye. we shared a side of creamy spinat and sparing (the side orders are more than enough to share I did not want my steak rare or medium rare, but in between, and the boil nailed it. the outside of my steaks was perfectly presumed with a delicious crust. the au jus was a bit salty for my pleasure, but it has improved the taste of the steaks. my steak was perfectly boiled where it melted in the mouth with little wall on chew. I almost cried, that was good. I was so incredibly impressed by all the experience, I will be more than happy to make sure that I have this restaurant every time I have to say to wisconsin (I am from ohio but travel to wi for the work the only thing I have to tell the owners are: bravo"
