"Terrible service. The cook was seen grabbing food off the grill with his bare hands to eat while still cooking. This led to his hands getting in the customers' food. When I asked for a refill from the woman making sandwiches, she told me to wait in line behind 8 other customers. It seemed like she only offered to give me a refill when she saw me writing a negative review. The food itself was not good, tasting like fast food with chicken and meat thinner than deli slices."

I love cheesesteaks..and this place from peabody is my favorite excellent taste and great service ... not complaining about the price... is the mall !!!it doesn't hurt me to spend 10 bucks for a meal .. way much better the chick-fill-A .. .. or cheesecake factory !! People don't be so cheap !!!!
