"Good food, but absolutely abysmal service (bottom 1% of my lived restaurant experiences)... It literally took an hour and 20 minutes to get our food after a long wait to order (4 people, regular on menu orders, and not during peak time), then we couldn 't pay due to credit card/register issues another 20+ minutes. And it wasn 't busy , as they tried to excuse (several open tables, immediate seating, honesty less busy when we arrived than any other normal weekend day). The server and staff were all very friendly, but not a word from the manager or any attempt to make it right for us or other customers due to unprecedented delay. We 're not likely to go back, and I 'm very unimpressed by the management in how they handled this situation; at the very least, I 'd expect management acknowledgment of the issue. Bottom line management failure I hate to say it, but they don 't deserve any more of our business, and I 'm saddened to say you shouldn 't give them yours either."
