The customer service always come first for me and they seem to hit it every time. I only had 2 bad experiences maybe out of 2 years. Honestly thats not bad. They was able to quickly fixes the problem with the food with no questions. The other probably a bad apple that made it in the wrong place of work. Other than that, the food could be pricey but the service and the hot food make it worth a treat here and there. They also have healthy choices on the menu.
