"Place is permanent CLOSED! What a shame! I really loved this place. The food was tasty and very cheap. The owner even let me replace the rice or noodles part of the required 3 items plate food for another part of everything I liked because I told her I was on a low carb diet, and she accused me like a dollar and changed more.
