The staff is very friendly and prompt. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will be back. Everything has an authentic Chinese flavor making this place perfect. Update: February 2020. This is still my favorite Chinese restaurant in San Diego, but it seems they have changed some of their hours. On Saturdays they do not open till 1 pm,also on Tuesdays they are Closed. Dinner was delicious. They offered a good variety of foods and everything arrived piping hot. Egg rolls crispy, dumplings flavorful and tender, Mongolian beef spicy and delicious, Miso ramen very savory. I was really impressed.

The best Chinese restaurant I’ve had thus far not in Kearny Mesa (title used to be held by Hong Kong in Hillcrest, but that place is just a hot mess now). My only wish for China Too is that it was away from Downtown or up in Hillcrest/North Park. Flavor is great, legit Chinese restaurant vibe, and very reasonably priced. I’ve dined in and ordered takeout, they’re consistent.
